Every diamond ring comes with a complete diamond report that includes detailed pictures, clarity, color, carat weight, and cut documentation. We guarantee that the accuracy of this documentation when verified independently by either of the grading labs of EGL or GIA.. The quality and content of gold and other precious metals used fully complies with the United States Standards of Quality. Cozzi Jewelers further guarantees to repair or replace the diamond jewelry covered under our warranty at anytime if found defective in workmanship or material. This includes a lifetime diamond replacement policy if a diamond is lost in the course of normal wear. This warranty does not apply if the damage was caused by misuse or abuse or if the jewelry has been repaired by another jeweler. Warranty is valid only when customer returns the jewelry in person for inspection and cleaning every 6 months. This service will be provided free of charge. Proof of inspection will be a signature of a representative of Cozzi Jewelers on the inspection record included in the diamond warranty booklet. If any repair work is recommended at the time of inspection, the warranty is null and void until the recommended work is done. Customer assumes full responsibility for the costs of any repair work needed as a result of normal wear.
