CP Environmental Group (CPEG) was formed in 2004 when TolTest's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office managers, Peggy Carpenter and Joseph Prokopik, purchased the business assets of the local office. CPEG associates have provided industrial, commercial, and government clients with business solutions to a wide variety of environmental consulting, engineering, and testing problems from our Pittsburgh office since 1991.
