CPF Underground Utilities, Inc. is a Maryland corporation formed in November, 1978 by Charles Frederick, President, and Glenn Whitney, Vice President. Both have had extensive experience in the utility construction previous to the formation of CPF. We are proud of our low employee turnover rate and are pleased to be able to state that we have assembled very experienced and talented workers who have worked for CPF for years, many since the company's inception in 1978.

CPF Underground Utilities, Inc. has designed, constructed and installed thermal distribution systems in the eastern United States for three decades. Based in Southern Maryland, CPF has extensive experience in complex piping systems, underground utilities of all types and has an excellent track record of on time, on budget project performance.

CPF is very proud of our record and reputation in the thermal distribution industry. We feel we are a leader in this market, a market that is growing and one that is recognizing the importance of this company's design and installation/construction expertise, and it's track record.
