Cptea

Description

The philosophy of Corporate Preparatory Technological Entrepreneur Academy (CPTEA) is that the children bring unique values, language, customs, experiences and aspirations to CPTEA. Our school exemplifies these qualities. Our service population is diverse and requires that the staff understand the relationship between culture, linguistics, race relations and the child's family. CPTEA forms a partnership with parents to learn more about each child and discover how best to facilitate the child's development. Understanding each child's uniqueness is a part of being able to prepare the staff to accept the child's unique features, which directly contributes to the child's self-esteem, positive attitudes, and behaviors with other children. From the Board of Directors, to the administrator, to the staff, CPTEA believes that leadership must promote support activities and student centered high quality experiences for children and their families...
