WYNDHAM GARDEN HOTEL-HARRISBURG - 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. introduction of upcoming production of “Summer Of The Swans” by COMPOSER TINA DAVIDSON, discussion of the original novel by Betsy Byers upon which the opera is based, afternoon acting workshop for character development. at William Penn Campus Auditorium-2915 N. 6thth Street-Harrisburg. at Country Meadows-West Shore in Mechanicsburg. with composer TINA DAVIDSON to schools in Central Pa. , a co-production of CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA YOUTH OPERA and CAPITOL OPERA HARRISBURG. Based on the Newbery-award winning novel by Betsy Byers, the opera explores the delicate subject of autism through the eyes of one family and the community in which they live.
