Two names are synonymous with premium quality in-shell walnuts from California. The family-run entity of Crain Ranch has been growing premium Hartley walnuts for over 40 years. In 1983, we expanded into the walnut processing business and added a complete line of bleached and unbleached in-shell walnuts. Recently we have formed a family controlled corporation, C. R. Crain & Sons, Inc. to handle our walnut processing and sales. The deep, rich soils and pure waters of the Sacramento River Valley in Northern California, combine to provide the ideal conditions for producing premium quality walnuts. We utilize the latest technology of growing and processing to provide consumers with walnuts that promise to satisfy.
