Crankmaster Company was established in Homestead, FL in 1997. The company has moved to a larger facility to better serve our customers. This larger facility allows us to turn, or rebuild more marine crankshafts. Our new facility is Located in Palm Bay, FL. Crankmaster Company working with technicians and engineers from Rockmount Research Corp. developed a process of hard facing crankshaft journals with the latest welding technology and using peening and heating methods to relieve stress. The result is a crankshaft that not only has a hard journal surface (60-62rc) but also resist severe abrasion and impact forces. Therefore the crankshafts meet or exceed manufacture standards.
