Starkey Hearing Foundation gives the gift of hearing with our extensive international mission schedule, many people do not realize that Starkey Hearing Foundation has provided more hearing help to people in the United States than any other country. Through our hearing missions and the daily efforts of Hear Now, our domestic, application-based program, we provide hearing help to low-income Americans. Starkey also has countless international locations they serve. We build partnerships with governments, NGOs, medical communities, corporations and other entities and design strategies to have a sustainable and positive impact on local communities. We work together to meet the logistical, clinical and funding support needs required to reach the maximum number of people with the gift of hearing.

Welcome to CRAVE CRAVE Restaurant was built out of a passion to create a dining experience unlike any other. A dining experience where quality, local and regionally sourced food, chic atmosphere, and diverse choices offer guests the opportunity to create their own unforgettable dining experience. The energy of the restaurant is all encompassing–the buzz of guests and staff, the warm and open design, the modern sushi bar, the fresh spin on American cuisine with seasonality, and the sense of discovery around every corner. A CRAVE guest will leave knowing they experienced just the right mix of sophistication, entertainment and service in what can only be defined as The CRAVE Experience. A Vibrant Menu Executive Chef, Bill King, and his expert culinary team have crafted a menu focusing on seasonality and regionally sourced ingredients. At CRAVE, we pride ourselves on serving the freshest, highest quality food using only the very best of ingredients. We proudly support locally owned farms and businesses, and we use products that are close to home.

When I came to CRAVE, the first thing I did was try to learn as much as I could about CRAVE inside and out. First, I wanted to get to know our customers and employees, so that I could understand what the views and expectations of CRAVE were from the people who make us what we are. Second, I had to eat EVERYTHING on our menu to see what was working and what our customers had come to expect from CRAVE. With that done I was able to determine what I could add to the mix, from small changes that would improve our existing dishes to creating new and exciting menu items.

The class begins with an introduction from Sommelier Tim Edmunds and Executive Chef Mike Agan to provide you with a rundown of the wines (“Juice”, as Tim calls it) and food pairings that they will be serving. The class is light hearted and fun, never snobby or pretentious, and everyone is encouraged to ask questions and interact with Tim, as well as one another. Feel free to slurp and sniff your wine as loudly as you want! The main goal of the class is to provide you with knowledge so that you can feel comfortable purchasing wines in restaurants and stores, but also to have fun with a one of a kind experience.

At CRAVE, sushi is an essential part of the dining experience. Our seafood is flown in fresh daily from around the world, so you can always expect the freshest sushi available. All of our sauces are hand-crafted based on traditional recipes using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Our creative sushi selection is designed to appeal to sushi lovers and novices alike, featuring a variety of traditional preparations, creative specialty rolls, and a vibrant array of colorful options to suit all tastes.
