My name is Josh Rose. It is my privilege to be a part of the Crawlspace Doctor organization. I have lived in the Ohio River valley my whole life and know the high humidity level that we all deal with in this area. I have been in building trades in the greater Cincinnati area for over 10 years. I have seen firsthand the concerns and problems that many home owners deal with in their crawlspaces including standing water, mold and mildew, deteriorated floor joists, and buckled hardwood floors.

Crawlspace Doctor was established in Bloomington Indiana in 2002. Crawlspace Doctor was one of the first companies in the country to exclusively implement the practice of conditioned/ unvented crawlspaces. We were perfecting our methods when almost everyone else still believed in vented crawlspaces. Over time conditioned crawlspaces became the preferred method for constructing crawlspaces under homes. The process of conditioning a crawlspace is so successful it created an entire new industry.

I had been working in the crawlspace field for about two years when I decided that I would like to start my own company. I decided to look into many options of starting up from scratch or buying a franchise. I found Crawlspace Doctor while researching online in late 2007. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for: good people, good pricing and a great product. By January 2008 I bought my first franchise for Savannah, GA.

Ron became part of the Crawlspace Doctor team while performing the evaluator position in Bloomington Indiana. After two years in that position Ron felt that it was time to start his own franchise in southern Indiana. Ron has been excited to provide the best solutions for his client to create healthy and energy efficient homes by performing time proving methods in conditioning crawlspaces.
