Creating Family Choices is a non-profit organization that provides grants to agencies and individuals that offer family support and treatment options for individuals with mental health &/or addiction issues. Founded in 2008, CFC strives to empower communities to care for their families in crisis. While it is common that only one individual may be suffering from a mental health issue or battling an addiction, the entire family is affected.
