In 1984, CCA was a start-up delivering a service that was then new to many. Today, we are a Human Capital Risk Management pioneer – still delivering new innovative services and solutions to help our clients minimize the risk associated with their greatest asset —their people . Our Flexible Short-Term Counseling Model: CCA does not limit the number of short-term counseling sessions we provide to our members. We believe that our members are best served by a flexible counseling approach based on their individual needs rather than a pre-determined contractual limit.
