Mike is a proven business executive with over 25 years of experience with AT&T in leadership, supervision, organizational consulting, and people development. While with AT&T, Mike was an internal consultant, providing consulting and training services to AT&T’s various business units. In this role, he successfully developed and delivered corporate management/supervision and coaching programs, customized leadership programs to middle and senior management, intervention programs for various organizational issues, and executive coaching.

Creative Edge consultants are experienced facilitators and course developers from Fortune 500 companies.

Every company is well aware of the importance of quality customer service. However, it is difficult to get everyone in the company to provide that level of service consistently. In this program, there will be emphasis on participants learning the Customer Service Process and how to provide customer service as defined by the customer. It will also look to methods of achieving a higher level of customer service by developing customer interaction competencies and skills through various applications.
