Deel, P.E. is a professional engineer with 19 plus years of practical engineering experience providing civil and environmental engineering services to clientele in the public and private sectors, the past 12 years being spent working in northeast North Carolina. Formerly Employed by Quible & Associates, P.C. of Kitty Hawk, NC, Mr. Deel has provided direct engineering consulting services to Currituck County, NC in conjunction with providing consulting engineering services for a wide range of commercial, residential, and municipal projects.
