Our Lab initially was created to service the demands and needs of Podiatrist in Arizona. We have now grown to service domestic and international customers. Our clientele includes Physical Therapists, Rheumatologists, Chiropractors, Sports Medicine Practitioners, and Orthopedic Surgeons. COL offers the medical community a high level of design, craftsmanship, and client communication that promotes ongoing customer satisfaction. Specific prescription needs and orthotic material questions can be addressed via telephone or e-mail creativeorthotic@hotmail.com by our knowledgeable biomechanical and technical staff. We offer a variety of orthotics to meet you needs. The majority of our orthotics are made of a polypropylene shell that have been computerized by a new state fo the art software called
