Description
Creative Science is a post-production rental and technology company focused on mobile solutions and leading technology tools for major studios, production companies and post-production providers. Founded in 2010 by industry veterans Mike Doggett, Merle Sharp and Marco Bario, Creative Science’s mission is to push the limits of remotely deployed post-production through providing rental systems, training, software, and consultation to top entertainment industry companies. Creative Science is a North American Authorized Rental, Training and Integration partner of Colorfront On-Set Dailies.
Creative Science provides technology development, process design and implementation consulting to studios, producers and service providers in the motion picture and television production industries. Creative Science was founded in response to the widespread impact triggered by technological advances in how creative content is produced and distributed.
A dedicated group of 70 professionals comprised of Producers, Directors, Cinematographers, Digital Imaging Technicians and others spent a recent fall day at ARRI CSC's massive headquarters in Secaucus, New Jersey. The event marked the official launch of dailies systems built by Creative Science offered on the East Coast by ARRI CSC.
Colorfront offers today’s most advanced technologies for digital dailies, DI grading, high-resolution scanning and recording for visual effects, digital assembly of entire feature films, online and offline editing, digital opticals for features and trailers, restoration, cinema sound mixing, digital cinema mastering and deliverables. In 2010 Colorfront’s software team was recognized with a Scientific and Engineering Academy Award® for the development of Autodesk’s Lustre grading system.
