Ken Fransson founded CSG in June 1989. He founded the company with a successful track record in developing and implementing employee benefits program focusing on balancing the needs of employers and their employees. Ken has been working in the field of employee benefits for over 25 years. Most recently he held a senior sales position at GE Financial Assurance.

Dave Fraser draws on over 25 years of sales experience to bring marketing and technical expertise to CSG. He spent a decade as a field coordinator for Sheldon Good & Company, the world’s number-one ranked real estate auction firm headquartered in Chicago. While there Dave traveled throughout the United States coordinating, controlling and planning huge, highly-publicized auctions of entire real estate portfolios for a wide variety of government agencies and private lenders.
