This system allows CCV/RPM to utilize collection tools and customer / client support tools such as IVR (integrated voice recognition) in English and Spanish. Additional technology investments have been made in the areas of a proprietary database application, 24/7 payment processing through website payment, ACH (Automated Clearing House) and credit card processing. These strategic investments have equipped CCV/RPM with cutting edge business technologies that solidify our abilities to maintain our status as a top performing national recovery agency. Ron Munroe, the founder and CEO of CCV, is from a second generation collection agency family. His father was co-founder of what is now SCA Credit Services. After his father sold the business in 1973, Mr. Munroe continued to work as a collector for the new owners. In 1978 he then became Vice President. In 1980 he purchased Continental Credit Services and in five years increased the company from six employees to over sixty. In 1987 Mr. Munroe founded CCV with a unique pricing structure. His original and prevailing corporate philosophy has been that the check writer pays for the service rather than the merchant. Robert Bakker joined the Company in 1994 and was named Director of Operations in April 1995. Prior to CCV, Mr. Bakker served in various capacities at TeleCheck from 1982-1993, most recently as Operations Manager. Mr. Bakker's experience has enabled him to oversee MIS, Customer Service and Call Center Operations. His core expertise involves check analysis, including customizing features for clients. Michael Mathiason Vice President - started his career with CCV as an inexperienced collector over 10 years ago.
