creech construction company was founded in 1953 by the award winning builder and developer Judson Y. Creech. Mr. Creech was a charter member of the home builders association of Raleigh and Wake county. He retired from the day to day activities of the company in 1986, but remains available for consultation. The company is presently lead by David J. Creech. Upon graduating from North Carolina State University in 1977, Mr. Creech became the second generation of his family to enter the home building industry. He served as the 1987 president of the home builders association of Raleigh and Wake county. He is currently on the board of directors of Builders Mutual Insurance company. Mr. Creech has been a past parade of homes winner and was named outstanding builder of the year in 1988. Our philosophy is to consistently produce an attractive, desirable, livable home that is also affordable. We are presently building in five neighborhoods in Raleigh, Cary, and Wake county.
