Description

Wanda is a Granville County native and has spent her life in the Creedmoor/Butner area. She graduated from South Granville High School and attended Vance-Granville Community College where she completed a Medical Coding course in 2005. She brings more than 3 years of dental experience to Koren Dental Management. Wanda joined the Billing Team in August 2011. In her free time, Wanda loves to spend time with her husband, two wonderful children, family, and friends. She spends a lot of time riding Harleys with her husband and friends and she also enjoys supporting her children in the GCHS Panthers Marching Band. Wanda is looking forward to learning new things and applying her dental experience in her position with KDM.

Laurie was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia and now resides in Oxford, NC with her husband and two English Bulldogs, Diesel and Daisy. She graduated from Meredith College in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She earned her Intraoral Radiography Certification and Coronal Polishing License from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 1996. She became a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in 1999. She brings 15 years of dental and orthodontic experience to our company. Her background includes dental and orthodontic clinical chair side assisting, new patient coordinator, hygiene assistant, financial coordinator, appointment coordinator, office management and more. Serving in these varieties of roles has given her a multi-faceted understanding of the work ethics and determination required for a dental practice to function proficiently and profitably. Laurie currently serves as Koren Dental Management, Inc’s Clinical Education Coordinator and Insurance Contract Manager. She coordinates the schedules for all five clinic locations for our 30 plus staff, dentist and specialists ensuring we have sufficient coverage each day.
