James (“Jay”) B. Creighton is the founder of Creighton Law Offices. Throughout his entire legal career, Jay has specialized in providing his clients with advice in the areas of estate planning, including the creation of revocable and irrevocable living trusts (e.g., life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, grantor retained income trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, etc.), Estate & Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning, Conservatorship Law, and Elder Law.
