Description

Jenny has over 20 years of management experience in the electronics industry. Her leadership experience includes all functional areas (marketing, manufacturing, development and sales) as well as general and executive management. Throughout a 22 year career with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies, she had led operations and strategy development for a wide range of products including semiconductors, computer hardware, and test equipment. Prior to co-founding Crescendo, she was Vice President of Agilent's Global Solutions Organization with 4 divisions and over $500MM in sales.

Crescendo Capital Partners made its initial investment in December 2007 to provide growth capital and continues to help set strategic direction and drive operational excellence for this four year old company.

The vast majority of operations in this segment are owner operated. We recognize and understand the specific concerns of these leaders and are interested in working with them to craft "solutions" that will meet their needs. Business issues such as limited growth capital and expertise are often compounded by personal financial issues such as net worth concentration and the interest to balance a desire for liquidity now with enhanced business value tomorrow.

The Crescendo team has the experience and capability to effectively invest and add value in a wide variety of markets. With fundamental experience in hardware, software and services, the team is able to apply their knowledge to a large cross section of high tech and basic manufacturing operations.
