In 1994 Capital Associates opened the Crescent Arbors Apartments in a premier Cary location, and quickly established a new standard for apartment living, a standard that still remains unmatched. Our goal was to create a truly special place to live, and that is evidenced by the many tall trees and natural areas that were retained, the multiple building designs that complement the natural setting, interior finishes with built-ins and extra large windows to properly highlight the peaceful surroundings. Others have copied some architectural features we introduced in 1994, but they will never match our total commitment to making Crescent Arbors a "Very Special Place to Live!
