While Crescent Moon Armoury does keep an inventory of standard items, it is sometimes limited and will have to be backordered. If this should occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. Custom items are individually tailored to the needs and specifications of the client. The time needed to complete a custom or a backordered item will vary according to the level of complexity of the product. We will be happy to discuss with clients about time schedules on projects. For all available products, the amount of payment can be found by contacting us. The product will be sent to you once payment has been received. For custom work, a quote will be drawn up for a client with a down payment and a total balance. A copy will be given to both the client and Crescent Moon Armoury. This will act as a binding contract for both parties. Once details of the order have been agreed upon and a quote has been made, Crescent Moon Armoury will require the following: - The stipulated down payment agreed upon. - The remaining balance is due before the product can be delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon. - Payment can be made in the form of a check, or the use of PayPal. - Checks are held for a period of 5 days. - Please make checks payable to: Crescent Moon Armoury - No C.O.D.s Upon completion of the business transaction, the client will receive a final receipt that will list all above mentioned amounts along with material and labor costs...
