Mr. Van Epp has served as Non-Executive Chairman of Holdings’ Board of Managers since January 2012 and, from September to December 2011, was our interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Van Epp also is Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and Acquisitions and Chief Investment Officer of Newland Real Estate Group, LLC, a diversified real estate management and development company specializing in MPCs.
