Carol has worked with Gary Budd as his Executive Administrator in property management for 17 years and has been employed with Crest Management Group since its inception. Carol was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica and became a citizen of this wonderful country approximately 10 years ago. Carol attended Convent of Mercy High School in Kingston, Jamaica and graduated with a diploma from Cambridge University in England. She has a secretarial diploma from Alpha Academy in Jamaica. Carol is dedicated to providing prompt, quality service to all Homeowners and Board Members alike.

JoAnn joined Crest Management in 2011, after working with Gary Budd in the property management industry for 11 years. JoAnn is dedicated to working with the Board Members and Homeowners, assisting them with the day to day concerns of the Condominium and Homeowner Associations. JoAnn has many years experience providing professional and courteous service to all our clients.
