Calling for Mentors and Mentees for the 2010 CREW Ment Program! The CREW Ment program is for members at all experience levels. It facilitates the development of professional relationships between a Mentee and Mentor , a seasoned commercial real estate professional, to guide them in career development. The program will provide a structure for pairing, direct assistance with professional development planning, role modeling and professional guidance and support. It can offer direction on both personal and professional levels allowing for a confidential forum in which to discuss development.
