Description

Scott's love for the restaurant industry brought him to the Culinary Institute of America and the beautiful Hudson Valley. Upon graduation from the CIA in 2000, Scott opened his first restaurant, The Haymaker. With its continued success, Scott sought to open another. In 2003, CREW opened its doors to the public. In June of 2004, Scott's next project was opening Ms. Nesbitt's Cafe in the new visitors' center of the Franklin D. Roosevelt home and presidential library in Hyde Park, NY. Never tiring, Scott has recently opened his fourth restaurant at the Net Sports Complex and Gold's Gym in Lagrange, NY. The Net Cafe will offer a wide variety of enticing salads, sandwiches, wraps and pizzas along with much, much more.
