American Red Cross Critical Response Team The American Red Cross has refocused and renamed the AIR Team the CriticalResponse Team. The SAIR Team is now called the SRT or Spiritual Care Response Team. The CRT and and SRT will now respond to other disasters including Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorism. Members of the CRT Team are being trained at the Clara Barton Center in Pine Bluff Arkansas located on the Pine Bluff Arsenal Army Base. Deacon Michael Murray and other members of the Task Force are among the first groups to be trained. This five day training was completed on August 29, 2003. September 2005 ICC provides support during Katrina relief efforts. Rev. James Tilbe, a founding member of ICC, was deployed to Baton Rouge, LA as a member of the Amercan Red Cross SRT Team. Jim supported the D-MORT during his assingment. Deacon Michael Murray supported the ARC and the NACC during this time. January 27, 2005 At the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Corps of Police Chaplains Deacon Michael Murray was elected Deputy Chief of the Corps. Rev. Michael Randone was elected to office of Chief, Rev. Robert Hagopian was elected to the position of Secretary and Rev. Robin Grey was elected Treasurer.
