Critical Mix is the critical combination of marketing mix elements required for brand success. We promote the online implementation of marketing research toward the achievement of that goal. The proprietary web surveying software behind Critical Mix was first conceived in 1999, when most commercially available web surveying software could not meet the needs of complex questionnaires and experimental designs. Even today, it is our opinion that there are too many limitations in most commercially available web surveying software packages. Even if complex questionnaires can be handled by such packages, they typically require a significant amount of computer programming knowledge for successful implementation. Critical Mix has followed the Application Service Provider (ASP) model. We maintain, monitor and continuously improve our software internally; our clients access it remotely. We provide the hardware, technology, datacenter, network infrastructure and staff that are not available to many of our clients. Client studies are typically hosted at anonymous URL's with no mention to Critical Mix or any other organization. Critical Mix programs client studies into our software on behalf of our clients. We are the experts at using our system and can do so quickly and efficiently.
