To conduct and continue to refine the Venture Genesis Workshop (VGW) as an interactive, Socratic, round-table process for the development of critical thinking and clear venture value propositions by entrepreneurial teams for the purpose of raising capital. VGW is given by entrepreneurs who have formed, managed, developed, created and implemented exit strategies for low and high technology businesses. The team has the experience to assimilate new ventures and develop a round table dialog with up to ten ventures that creates the effect of 1:1 venture consulting with peer input and reinforcement.
