Sam Campbell, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CritiTech, Inc., has been with the company since 2003. With over 25 years of experience in managing early stage life science and technology companies, he has led CritiTech through the critical research and development phases of its life cycle and into the commercialization phase. Prior to joining CritiTech he was President of Campbell-Becker, Inc., a company specializing in assisting early stage companies to properly organize, manage, and finance their growth.

Dr. Joseph A. Fix , Director of Business and Corporate Development and a pharmaceutical industry consultant, has over 25 years experience in the drug delivery and pharmaceutical industry in addition to his experience in working in the micro and fine-particle pharmaceutical arena. Dr. Fix has held a number of executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently he was President and COO of Cydex, Inc. Previously, he was EVP and COO of NanoSystems, Inc., a unit of Elan Corporation.

Sam D. Campbell is Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer of CritiTech, Inc. and has over twenty years of experience in managing early stage life science and technology companies. He currently is also the President of Campbell-Becker, Inc., a company that specializes in assisting early stage companies properly organize and finance their growth. He and his associates have provided start-up capital to numerous life science companies and worked with them to develop their company strategy and its implementation. Most recently, Mr. Campbell has been developing the Lawrence Life Sciences Center.

Morrison brings a breadth of experience to the CritiTech staff. He started his professional career with Commerce Bank & Trust in Kansas City, Missouri, and remained in the banking industry as the Vice President of Credit Administration for a $300 million community bank. Prior to joining CritiTech in 2012, Mr. Morrison was the manager for a small private equity firm for over 7 years, investing in early stage technology companies and commercial real estate. Morrison received both his M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Dr. Baltezor has over 35 years of experience in new product development in the pharmaceutical, medical products and contract services businesses. He spent 10 years with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, 13 years with Marion Laboratories and successor companies, 7 years with Quintiles and 4 years with Medi-Flex and successor companies. During this time, Dr. Baltezor has worked on a broad spectrum of ethical pharmaceutical and OTC products including tablets, capsules, oral liquids, injectable solutions and topical products.
