James Smith has been with CES since 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in the supervision of asbestos abatement projects throughout the United States and over 15 years of experience in commercial general construction. Mr. Smith has experience as an operations manager, supervisor, and estimator of construction, abatement, remediation, and selective demolition projects throughout the United States and abroad.

(OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) has received a contract and has begun to provide demolition services to Canam Steel Corporation. The project is the demolition of a 140,000 square foot production facility located in the Florida Panhandle and consists of the structural dismantlement and demolition of two four-story buildings, complete with overhead gantry cranes, jib cranes, welding tables and appurtenances. The contract is underway and expected to be completed in early February. The terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The Cross Environmental Services GSA contract is very comprehensive as it relates to scope of services. We provide pricing based on type of structure, number of stories, and related building components. The contract is flexible enough to provide demolition services of all types. There are approximately 200 line items available that provide for everything from interior demolition to fence and sign removal as well as complete structural wrecking and debris removal.
