We operate as a service company however, at Cross Flooring we believe that customers and trust are earned within your home, not only with superior products, but with the best in customer service. We do not operate a retail location; all you have to do is call and arrange a time for us to meet with you within your home. By doing this we are able to keep our overhead lower than traditional floorcovering stores and pass that discount on to you. All labor is done by Cross Flooring employees. We do not sub out our labor to a third party. This allows us to maintain our commitment to our customers of 100% satisfaction. Mr. Cross has a commitment to put his hands on every project we do.
