Most recently, Mr. Kohlsdorf was chief executive officer and a board member of Aderant. Prior to Aderant he was senior vice president of enterprise services and a corporate officer of Ikon Office Solutions, having responsibility for 14,000 employees and $2.2 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Kohlsdorf also served as chief executive officer and was a board member of T/R Systems. He has had an active role in executive management for over 25 years in public and privately held technology companies.
