Our bereavement services can help assess and monitor an individual's coping mechanisms and grief processes, allowing us to custom tailor care to their needs. We educate hospice families on the normal grieving process and help guide them through utilization of exisitng support systems. For high-risk individuals, we can provide referrals and intervention as indicated.
