For over 12 years, Cross Trails Medical Center has been providing affordable and accessible primary health care services and general dental services to the residents of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau and Stoddard counties, as well as surrounding counties. Cross Trails Medical Center provides preventative care, treatment of routine illness and injury and monitoring and treatment of chronic health conditions with a focus on care of the diabetic patient. On-site laboratory and x-ray services are available. Services are provided for the entire family. Cross Trails Medical Center is a private, non-profit, tax exempt 501(c) 3, consumer directed organization which is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The organization was formed in 1995 to serve the medically indigent who reside in our service area.
