CrossRoad Engineers has been providing a multitude of surveying services since 1995. Since that time, we continue to improve our services by investing in the technological tools required to meet the needs of the changing environment and our clients. We are experienced in providing all types of surveys utilizing modern methods including Global Positioning System (GPS).

We provide management of all of the right-of-way services that are needed on any transportation project, whether locally funded or federally funded. These services include procuring subconsultant team members to provide Appraisal Problem Analysis, Appraisal, Review Appraisal, Negotiation, Closing, and Relocation services. We coordinate, distribute and review all of the work that they perform.

CrossRoad Engineers is not a family run company; but it is a company that operates with a family atmosphere. The culture we have created provides an opportunity for people to work together and have fun together. Employees become good friends, and work becomes much more enjoyable when it is with their friends. CrossRoad Engineers has had a relationship with the Keenan-Stahl Unit of the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis for more than 10 years. This relationship has involved small annual donations over the years to the club. Through this involvement, we have come to know the staff at Keenan-Stahl and have also noticed the struggle to keep up with the needs of the building. Therefore, when we approached Marshelle Sights, the Club Director, about making a significant donation to assist with some renovation projects, she was excited and immediately began planning the projects.

We provide the services necessary for the construction of water and wastewater distribution facilities. These services include survey, water main design, sewer main design, lift station design, easement engineering, easement acquisition, project bidding and construction inspection. Our experience includes more than 100 miles of distribution lines located all over the State of Indiana.
