Crowley County Nursing Center is a full service, thirty-five bed extended care facility nestled on the rolling plains of Southeastern Colorado, in the small town of Ordway, about 50 miles east of Pueblo. We are an independent, non-profit healthcare facility managed by a community board of directors who are actively involved with the overall well-being of our residents. We provide 24-hour licensed healthcare services, physician services, physical and occupational therapy, and a broad range of activities to ensure that our residents receive the quality care they deserve.

Our mission is to provide quality health care that is consistent with the physical, spiritual and social needs of each individual. Our first priority is to serve our residents, their families and the community with excellent healthcare services. We consider our motivated, loyal and committed staff to be an important asset to our organization, and believe that providing quality care is the responsibility of all of us.
