Crown Commercial Sales is a 32 year old division of Crown Carpets, Inc., a family owned business serving the greater Portland area for 46 years. Unlike traditional retail outlets, Crown Commercial specializes in meeting the needs of designers, decorators, architects, new construction and remodeling contractors, and property managers. Crown offers a full-service approach, from specification to sales to estimating to installation. Unlike most wholesalers, Crown still operates its own trucks and warehouses, which ensures that customers’ orders are properly cared for prior to installation.

“We understand that we’re selling more than just floor covering,” Lepper says. “We’re helping our customers make a design statement, and to show a broad range of commercial and residential products that help toward that end, a large showroom and library are necessary. But the best materials in the world won’t look right on the floor if improperly transported, stored, and installed.
