In order to insure the highest quality possible, we employ a staff of experts who concentrate, solely, on pultrusion die construction. This team of individuals has developed a proven system for design and manufacturing dies.

Regardless of a die's size and complexity, Crown has the equipment for every machining process, including E.D.M., milling, turning, and CNC surface grinding for pultrusion dies up to 60 inches. In addition, our repair and resurfacing experience extends the useful life of a pultrusion die, delivering valuable cost avoidance to our customer's bottom line. We have invested in large-capacity milling and machining equipment, operated by a dedicated staff of craftsmen with an average of 17 years experience, and who take professional pride in doing the job right.
