We have a group of vendors that we work closely with in this area for different repairs or replacements that your home may require. All of our basic handyman work is done by a California Licensed contractor that we have worked with for over 10 years. We make sure that the work is done right by a licensed professional and done at a reasonable rate. We also have vendors available for carpet, window blinds, cleaning, carpet cleaning, HVAC, appliance repair, landscaping, etc. We pass our rates directly on to you with no commissions or overhead burdens.

Melissa Kelly is the Lead Property Manager, Co-Owner and Vice President of Crown Property Management. Melissa is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has several years of experience in property management and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Vanguard University of Southern California. Melissa specializes in creating excellent partnerships between quality tenants and owners.
