CRRH is working to regulate the sale of cannabis to adults, allow doctors to prescribe cannabis through pharmacies and allow the unregulated production of industrial hemp. CRRH sponsors the Cannabis Tax Act initiative petitions to put this on the ballot, for people to vote on and enact. CRRH educates elected officials and the public to start a real debate about hemp and cannabis. The Cannabis Tax Act will restore hemp, end adult cannabis prohibition, help medical patients who need a legal supply of cannabis, reduce the need for more prisons and police, free other resources for the public good, provide substantial new taxes and produce new revenue for us all. The CTA is written specifically to be upheld in federal court. CRRH educates people why hemp and cannabis laws should be changed, and works to implement political action supporting enactment of new laws regarding hemp and cannabis.
