With over twenty-eight years of experience as management employment counsel, Ms. Crumpacker began her career as a summer intern at a national firm which is now known as Manatt, Phelps. After becoming partner at Manatt, she left to launch a labor and employment practice at another national firm, Greenberg, Glusker. She chaired the employment department of Greenberg, Glusker for a number of years before leaving to establish a practice of her own. Ms. Crumpacker's decades of large firm experience has allowed her to enjoy the expertise provided by large firm training and depth.
