Nicholas D. Maxymuik is a Senior Associate of the Philadelphia Office of Cruser & Mitchell, LLP. As a former claims adjuster for Harleysville Insurance Company working full time while attending the evening division of Widener University School of Law for four years, Mr. Maxymuik's practical work experience, coupled with his 22 plus years practicing civil litigation, in both defense and plaintiff personal injury, has provided him a unique perspective on litigating and settling cases. In addition, Mr. Maxymuik has significant experience in handling estate work.

Established in 2000 by Robb Cruser and Bill Mitchell, Cruser & Mitchell, LLP was founded on a vision for providing efficient legal services of the highest quality and minimizing clients’ legal exposures and expenses. The firm believes in efficiency by assigning legal tasks to talented individuals with the most appropriate level of expertise. Such claims include police brutality, wrongful arrest, police misconduct, First Amendment claims, zoning, and defective road conditions. As litigation counsel for one of Georgia's largest School districts, we have experience in claims unique to Schools such as Title IX and special education issues. We are also consulted to assist public entities in avoiding litigation by taking affirmative steps such as redrafting local ordinances and personnel policies.

Cruser & Mitchell, LLP was founded in 2000 as a litigation defense boutique with four attorneys in Atlanta. The firm's vision was to offer great legal results in an economical and efficient manner. The goal was to prove that these terms were not mutually exclusive or unattainable in defending corporate and insurance clients' litigation needs. This litigation philosophy and very loyal clients have driven the firm's growth to approximately 38 lawyers with offices in seven states.
