NO CHANGE AT CRYSTAL FLASH ENERGY (MICHIGAN) AS CRYSTAL FLASH PETROLEUM (INDIANA) SELLS ITS COMMERCIAL FUELS DIVISION Crystal Flash Petroleum (Indiana) and Crystal Flash Energy (Michigan) are companies operating under common ownership in the fuels distribution business. Some confusion was created by a letter circulated about the recent sale of Crystal Flash Petroleum’s commercial fuels division to Jackson Oil (Indianapolis). Crystal Flash Petroleum made this move to better focus on the gas station and convenience store business. This change in the Indiana operations will have no effect on the operations or customers of Crystal Flash Energy in Michigan. Crystal Flash Energy, a Michigan-based and family-owned company, is in the middle of a three year plan to continuously improve its operations.
