Crystal Lake Property Management LLC specializes in residential community management for community associations as well as the property management of single family homes and townhouses throughout Central Oregon. Our current properties are located within the Pahlisch Homes communities of Brentwood Estates, Crescent Creek, Deschutes Landing, Sun Meadow, Lava Ridges, Hunter's Highland, Stonegate, Fieldstone Crossing, and Ochoco Pointe, as well as RiverRim, Renaissance Ridge, and Mountain River Estates. Crystal Lake Property Management LLC is owned and operated by Nancy Kowalski and Ken Erickson. During their affiliation with Pahlisch Homes Inc, Ken and Nancy focused on customer service. During their service to the Pahlisch Homes customers, Nancy and Ken were frequently disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention to detail that the property management firms handling the Pahlisch Homes communities provided. With the approval and encouragement of Dennis Pahlisch, Crystal Lake Property Management was created and starting managing associations in February 2002. In April 2005 Crystal Lake Property Management LLC expanded the services it offers to include property management for landlords on long term leasing of their residences, as well as vacation rentals.
