Crystal Reporting Solutions provides report writing, consulting and training in Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise for municipalities, school districts, and non-profit agencies that run Tyler Technologies MUNIS software. CRS solutions encompass all MUNIS modules including Finance, Budget and AP, Payroll and HR, Purchase Orders, Taxes, Licenses and Utilities, Permits and Codes Enforcement. Ed Bryan, founder of Crystal Reporting Solutions, is a nationally-recognized expert in MUNIS and Crystal Reports software and their use in the public and nonprofit sectors. Ed worked for Tyler Technologies MUNIS Division from 1998 through 2005. He started in Technical Support on the Revenue team supporting all Tax, Utility Billing, and Accounts Receivable modules. He worked as Senior MUNIS Analyst in Implementation for a year before being promoted to Manager of the Crystal Reports project. In that role he was responsible for the development, delivery, implementation, training, documentation, and support for MUNIS Crystal Reports. Suzanne Bryan coordinates and manages projects for CRS, keeps track of contracts and deliverables, and produces report specs and documentation. She has more than a decade of software industry experience, primarily in documentation, knowledge management, and project management roles.
