Mr. Hartmann has over twenty years of experience in planning, investigation, design and construction of various environmental/civil engineering projects. For nine years, Mr. Hartmann managed the corporate Engineering and Environmental Affairs group for Chemical Leaman Corporation which provided technical support to the corporation's 90+ operating facilities concerning environmental compliance, water characterization and disposal, wastewater plant operations, employee training, environmental policies and procedures and facility operation and maintenance.

CSC Technology has extensive experience in water and wastewater characterization, biological and physical chemical treatability, groundwater contamination, and laboratory analysis of pollutants. Through this experience, we have developed an extensive line of chemical treatment programs and products for use in the the industrial water and wastewater market. CSC Technology also carries a full line of industrial and commercial chemicals for all of your needs.

As a member of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists and through years of experience serving the textile industry, CSC Technology has developed an extensive product line of custom-designed products for the textile industry.

CSC Technology was founded by Brent W. Cowan PE in 1995. Brent holds a Master of Sciences Degree in Bio-Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. With over 31 years experience in the water treatment and environmental engineering field, CSC Technology is exceptionally qualified to handle all your water quality needs.
