Description

CSDD has been providing services to the developmentally disabled and the mentally ill since 1984 and is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CSDD is a 501 3 not-for-profit that holds contracts with Summit Pointe, Monroe Community Mental Health Authority, Monroe Intermediate School District, Michigan Jobs Commission, Macomb Community Mental Health, and Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. CSDD provides services to approximately 350 consumers in which 150 are employed. Our organization provides day activity services to consumers along with community itergration and recreation services. Our organization is commited to providing services in the community and during the past three years we have converted three facilities in Calhoun and Monroe counties to community-based services.
