Dave has been active in real estate for the past eight years by engineering creative solutions for home sellers, buyers, investors and non-profit organizations by capitalizing on current market trends. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, accessible and hands-on. Dave has become known throughout the industry as an expert in short sales and is an active consultant and practitioner in these matters. Since joining the Csira Group in 2009, Sima immediately secured her role as the heart of the operation. Responsible for short sale negotiations, communications with other agents and all the paperwork, Sima is all work and no drama. She is uniquely qualified for this role with over ten years experience as a realtor, having her broker’s license, and having worked as a loan processor and mortgage originator for six years. Sima’s work ethic and business smarts ensure that we maintain an operationally excellent enterprise.
